Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made orders, altered items, and innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please contact our support team.
